What Do You Do?

What do you do when you feel like life is just not working? The last week has been hard, in comparison to a normal week for me, my internet is so slow I can make a sandwich while waiting for a page to load, I just published two books and Amazon has locked down my account twice, there is more, the list goes on. So what do you do?


I don't know about you, but I just stop for a minute, think about what I am trying to accomplish and how I am going about it, then think about what I can adjust. When things are hard it is a good time to reflect, check-in, and make adjustments as needed. During this process, I am able to get out of my own head and consider the things I have, what I have achieved, and all the things that are ahead of me. Basically, I look up, around, and down and realize I am so incredibly blessed! I get grateful.


I cannot say that when I am done reflecting that I always FEEL better, but I do have enough peace and stillness to go forward with the right attitude and putting my efforts into the right things.


What say you? What do you do to fight off obstacles and circumstances that lead to depression, anxiety, fear-driven behaviors? When we share we care for others and become each other's weight of glory, making the load a little lighter.
